The services I offer as a consultant can be divided into three main fields, based on my specific areas of expertise: programme management, studies and the organisation of workshops and conferences.
My services in the field of programme management cover the complete project cycle: starting from planning and design of development projects, assistance in the project implementation, such as short-term consultancies or management assistance for NGOs, and carrying out evaluations.
In case you want more in-depth information on some particular area, I offer to prepare studies on general developmental issues, as well as papers with a focus on the practical questions of project-work all the way to political analysis. For example, you might be interested in a certain area of development policy or require guidelines for the practice of development cooperation.
My background as a political/social scientist enables me to deliver qualified analyses of the political and social situation in a country, for example I can assist you if you are examining a new country for your operations. I am particularly familiar with the political and social situations in South and South-East Asian countries.
If you require an effective person to organise a workshop or a conference, I am also available for such assignments, combining my competence in practice and theory of development co-operation with a broad experience and talent in the organisation of small and big events.
